DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery Policy:

With recent measures in place due to COVID-19, we may experience longer delivery times than normal.

How Will My Order be delivered?

We will send your order using the fastest, safest and most reliable delivery method possible. We will select the appropriate delivery method and carrier when you order.

​

Small Parcel Delivery:

Your items are being delivered by one of our parcel carriers to your front door. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email with the estimated day of delivery or tracking number.

Large Item Delivery:

Some larger items will be delivered by carriers to the entrance door of your dwelling, delivering over the threshold. For selected larger items our customer service team, or in some cases our suppliers, will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. To guarantee a smooth delivery, please ensure that your home is prepared and accessible.

When will my order arrive?

Standard delivery:

Our standard delivery service is available at the moment in some parts of the UK. Depending on geographic, size of product and dimension, delivery of items in parts of the UK cost a flat rate of £9.99. Unless the item is marked FREE DELIVERY on the product page. Delivery times will be approximately 5 – 7 working days.

Shipping to Ireland:

Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland are subject to an additional surcharge.

Small Parcel Delivery: £19.99 per item.

Large Item Delivery: £99 per item.

Click & Collect service

FREE

If you decide to opt out of delivery and collect your item personally from our warehouse, then you will not be charged a delivery fee. You will be able to pick up your item and will only be charged the order price. For products in stock within a store, you can place a Click & Collect order online and our team will have your items ready for you to collect within 24 hours. ID verification or order number required for collection.

Returns Policy:

Return services may be delayed as a result of COVID-19 safety measures.

If an item isn’t the perfect match, or change of mind you can return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery* In line with our returns policy, any products you return will need to be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, (with any tags still attached)

When returning an item, make sure you have proof of purchase, such as your store receipt or confirmation email.

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning items. If you choose for us to arrange for them to be collected or shipped, the return shipping charge can vary between £9.99 and £19.99 for small parcel courier services and from £29.99 and £55 for large parcel courier services. This cost will be deducted directly from your refund.

Replacing Damaged Items or Missing Parts?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we can offer a replacement or repair at no cost. Simply report a damaged item via My Orders or contact@rangedecor.co.uk

Our quality team checks your furniture to make sure it's up to the very best standards before we send it to you. If you prefer to return the item, we will refund the item’s price to your original payment method within 5 - 7 business days of pickup. You may have to upload a picture of the damaged item. We recommend that you inspect your item upon delivery and report any issues within 14 days of receiving the item.

 

Can I change my order?

Once you've placed an order, you can't change it, but you can amend your contact and delivery details – just go to the My Orders page.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the item's not been dispatched. Just contact us and we'll cancel it and give you a full refund. Cancellations made after we've sent your item(s) will need to be made at the time of delivery – just refuse the delivery, or contact us within 14 days. Once you've notified us, we'll let you know how to return it, or arrange for a collection. But minus any return or collection costs) see our returns policy above.

 

How long will my refund take?

For security reasons, we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. Terms vary between bank and card companies.

** Typically within 5-7 working days, but it may take up to 30. Customers can see their refund policy on the T&Cs they have with their banks.
